Performed daily at sunset to reflect on the day, meditate on the flame, and align with the Eternal Pulse.

Morning Flame Reflection

Performed at sunrise to set intentions, center the mind, and begin the day in harmony with the universe.

Weekly Rituals

Shadow Release

Every Sunday evening, meditate to identify attachments, ego tendencies, or negative patterns and visualize them dissolving in the flame.

Seasonal Ceremonies

Equinox Alignment

Performed on the spring and autumn equinoxes to honor balance in nature and the Eternal Pulse. Includes meditation, Chichu flow, and journaling reflections.

Solstice Celebration

Performed on the summer and winter solstices to reflect on the cycles of light and darkness, practice Chichu, and align with natural energy patterns.

Flame of Renewal

Annual ceremony at the end of the calendar year (December 31st) to release past mistakes, forgive, and renew intentions for the coming year.

Silent Dawn Ceremony

Performed on the first morning of each season, during sunrise, to greet the new cycle with meditation, Chichu practice, and visualization of the inner flame.

Water of Reflection

Performed on rainy days or during full moons. Pour water into a vessel while meditating on personal growth, karmic lessons, and releasing the Shadowed Flame.
